Hotel vilcabamba is a two star hotel which welcomes you to the Ketu south municipal assembly of the Volta Region in Ghana. The hotel was established in the year 1976 and the name of the hotel vilcabamba was derived from an area around Peru in the southern part of the Equador. The peculiarities of the place is the longevity the people. This is attributed to the mountainous forest as well as the quality of their water which flows from a virgin forest. Hotel vilcabamba situated in a Ramsar site with different species of butterflies, birds and grasshoppers (Nature).

Over our years of existence the hotel has been through a lot of transformation to suit our present day customers. The hotel is set in a Ramsar site which makes the various species of birds our companions. As you lounge around our gardens, the birds, butterflies and grasshoppers add a touch of nature to the environment. Our green environment is ideal for retreats.

Our Services 

We keep a variety of rooms to satisfy a cross section of our customers. There's something to suit all pockets. Our rooms range from  single standard  rooms, standard rooms, double standard rooms and executive rooms. All standard rooms are well equipped with air-condition, water heater, satellite TV, fridges, fans, etc. Our executive  rooms have all above facility and more examples: confectionery (tea, coffee and biscuits),duvet cover, iron with ironing board and a hot water kettle. All accommodations come with  breakfast. 

Restaurant (catering)

Our restaurant seats 50 persons and more. One can dine also on the terraces or under our summer huts spread around the hotel. We cater for our local as well as foreign customers. Meals can be taken in the restaurant as well as in the room just as you may desire. Our housekeepers are always ready at your back and  to satisfy your requirements. We also cater for takeaway services. 

Our catering staff will meet you at your point of taste and quality. They discuss the menu and prepare to your delight and expectations. 

We also offer bulk catering services for events, conferences, and meetings Our services are prompt and professional. You are always welcome. Dine with us whether you are staying or passing through and you will be enthused. Our restaurant operates from breakfast time till 9:30pm everyday. For our lodgers, the staff are always available 24hours per day. 

• Our Bar

Our Bar services operate till 9:30pm. The Bar is stacked with local beverages as well as foreign wines. The cottage bar sits at least 50 people with other sitting options. Our exclusive service is always friendly and the bar is well equipped with a DSTV to enlighten your stay. 

• Conference Facilities 

The hotel has two conference rooms with the capacity of taking 150 persons and 40 persons for the mini-conference room respectively. All our conference rooms are well equipped with air-condition and a projector (screen) and a public address system. We handle all types of meetings and also offer different conferencing packages for your satisfaction.
